Terms of Service

*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ASKING FOR A COMMISSION!*

Regarding Commissions:

  • I will draw:

    • Humans

    • Anthro

    • Feral

    • Fictional creatures

  • I will not draw:

    • Extreme gore/violence

    • Sexual themes

    • NSFW

  • If you are unsure about an idea or design, feel free to ask me.

  • As the artist, I reserve the right to decline commissions without giving my reasons.

  • Please understand that my commission services are a part-time ambition and I will need time in order to provide high-quality work. Expect a waiting period between 1-4 weeks for a completed commission.

  • Please include references, if any, when commissioning.

  • When commissioning me, please make sure to be clear in what you want me to draw. Preferably a point for point description.

  • I will make sure to update you on your commission in three stages: Sketch, line art and color. (Detailed shading is not included unless you personally ask for this!)

  • I will not agree on more than one big change (See "Fixes and changes" below). Please be sure to be very clear about what you want. If you want more changes, please be ready to pay for them.

  • When you receive a sketch, please be sure to check it thoroughly. It is your task to tell me what you like and dislike, so I can change things to your liking.

  • All commissions are distributed in a downloadable PNG file format.

Payment and Refund:

  • A 30% deposit is required BEFORE I start on commissions.

  • Payments should be made through PAYPAL ONLY (USD).

  • Payment must be made within 24 hours of the commission agreement and me giving you the payment link. If you do not pay within these 24 hours, your slot will be removed from my queue.

  • Please do NOT send any payment before we both agree on the commission and I send you the payment information!

  • If I, the artist, cancel your commission for any reason: I, the artist, will retain payment equal to the work that is already completed. The commissioner will receive the art that has been finished.

  • Refunds will be provided to the commissioner if they decide to cancel the commission based on the following:

    • Work on your commission has not started yet: You will receive a full refund.

    • Your commission is in the sketching phase: You will be charged the price of the sketch, but refunded the remaining amount to my discretion.

    • Your commission is in the line art phase: You will be charged the price of the line art, but refunded the remaining amount to my  discretion.

    • Your commission is in the coloring phase: Your refund period has expired. A refund will not be possible at this point.

  • The artist has the right to add to the price as they see fit, to fit the work going into the commission. This will always be communicated to the commissioner before payment is requested.

  • Full payment for the commissioned artwork is required before the finished piece will be distributed.

Fixes and Changes:

  • Big changes: (different characters, change poses, etc.) can only be done in the sketch phase.

  • Smaller changes: (expressions, certain lines, etc.) can be done in the line art phase.

  • Only color changes can be made in the color phase. I will not agree to any line changes during this phase unless you agree on paying for it.

Other Information:

  • Please contact me if you need to make any updates to your commission.

  • Finished commissions will have a small watermark in the corner of the image. The watermark will not be removed and I ask that you do not remove it either.

  • All rights to the artwork will remain that of the artist, including the right to upload on any form of social media and internet websites/apps. If the commission is a gift, the commissioner may request a delay on public showcasing.

  • The commissioner may ask the artist to use a highly watermarked version for promotion purposes on social media, to prevent character theft.

  • All rights to characters used in a commissioned piece are retained by their respective owner. This does not allow them the rights to the commissioned piece.

  • No profit may be made from the artwork in any form. Reselling of the artwork is not to exceed the original price of the commissioned work, unless other pieces have added to the value of the character.

  • The commissioner is allowed to crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers or other graphics to use in non-commercial digital format, but may not alter the work itself. Proper credits should be given when possible.

  • The commissioner is allowed to upload the piece to their personal website or galleries, as long as proper credit to the artist is given in the title and/or description of the piece. In this case, the watermark has to be visible.

  • As a commissioner, you must read, understand and agree to all of the above terms before entering into an agreement with the artist.

  • By sending payment, the client/commissioner agrees to the above terms.
