About Me

Hey! I'm SketchEms (formerly known as BlackPaintArt on my socials), but I prefer to go by Em. I'm a part-time art student and the creator of *untitled furry comic*, a new comic strip series I've been developing for fun. I also create fanart every now and then. I like to use my artistic abilities as an outlet for my emotions. My goal is not to get my audience to look at my work, but experience it. As cheesy and pretentious as that sounds, it's the truth. As someone who has issues identifying their emotions, I feel that my emotional connection to my audience is the most important part of my art. I enjoy creating things that hold meaning to myself and to others, even if it's just something small and silly.
